Heidi's King Island Limoncello is a luxurious lemon liqueur, Bella Chella.

This citrus, slightly sweet, lovingly hand made liqueur has a distinct true flavour of organic King Island lemons and limes, a drink that is delightfully delicious. Add to dessert, or create a cocktail.

Named by Heidi as her bottle of ‘Bella Chella’ (uniquely labeling the description for 'beautiful cello' in hh♡ lingo ;-)

Boxes of organic King Island lemons and a few limes all hand peeled by Heidi. Gripping a Japanese bladed peeler, that showed no mercy to the skin on my knuckles as I tackled each lemon to peel the outer rind. Steeped for months in the hh♡ handcrafted Spirit of King Island and stirred every other day, made a boutique batch of just 20L at 30% ABV of the very first release of Bella-Chella.

It's traditional to serve Bella Chella well chilled as an after-dinner drink, or digestive and can be stored in the freezer.

Bella Chella makes a delicious topping on desserts, ice cream and cakes, adding a boost of King Island zest.

In cocktails, Bella-Chella can be used as a sweetener that adds flavoursome citrus to the beverage.
