The layers of local flavours spirit begin with the manuka honey and lemon, followed by the garlic. This signature spirit can be enjoyed neat, or add mixer such as tonic, or soda.

A 40% spirit designed to drink (for medicinal purposes if you like), flambe a stir fry or mushroom sauce, marinade for red meat, or a base to create a sauce for seafood.
