Monday Neat, whisky tasting night in the intimate setting of Cinco Passiones, a stockist of Heidi's King Island Distillery Tasmanian handcrafted spirits was most interesting.
A night of sharing stories, tasting platters and terrific Tasmanian whisky. Four Distilleries shared their stories and a selection of their best handcrafted Tasmanian spirits.
Lori of Tasmanian Transwood Cooperage, who brought his tools of the trade, demonstrated how he makes the best barrels for Tasmanian spirits.
Katie Wade owner and tour guide of the Tasmanian Whisky Experience, brilliantly co organised and co hosted the evening.
