How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at heidi@kingislanddistillery.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
When contacting us, please include:

Your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging (this is highly helpful for our courier claims).
If your claim is accepted, we will offer a replacement or a refund, and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee)
We take great pride in our micro batch spirits and pack them with care. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item arrives damaged in transit, is leaking, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds for Approved Claims
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Change of Mind
Because our artisan spirits and liqueurs are consumable goods, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a "change of mind." To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers, once a bottle has left our premises, it cannot be returned if you simply ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind.
