Lark Bar

It was terrific to spend time with Bill and Lyn Lark at the TWSA 30 year industry celebration dinner and revisit the Lark Bar. An invitation, in response to my letter, to fly down to Hobart and discuss the Whisky industry with Bill Lark, at the Lark Bar, is where it all began for me.

Meeting the Godfather Bill Lark was the biggest influence of my King Island Distillery journey.  

Awesome to revisit the Lark Bar, say giday and share a wee dram.
