King Island Horse Races - Seven picnic race days held during December and January

King Island Main Street Market Shop local product and products for Christmas - December 

Santa Claus complete with treats transported by the Fire Brigade in the Main Street - Christmas Eve

King Island Show - Agricultural, Horticultural & Pastoral Society Show - March 1st Tuesday 

Imperial 20 Marathon running and walking 32 km foot race - March long weekend

Pheasant shooting - June, Queen's Birthday Long Weekend

Footy The King Island Football Association runs the only three team competition in Australia - May to September Saturday afternoons
