Cool it with Cucumber

Worth a try, if you have a sore throat, try eating a piece of Cucumber.  It cools down your throat and stops the itching.

Soaking the Cucumber in King Island Native Gin would make it even more effective to relieve the pain of a sore throat. ;-)
