SinnaGIN cocktail recipes from King Island Distillery to enjoy extra pleasure in every measure!

SinnaGin Spice Martini

  • 60 ml King Island Distillery SinnaGIN
  • 15 ml sweet vermouth
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Orange peel twist, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sugar, for rimming (optional)


  1. If desired, rim the edge of a chilled martini glass with cinnamon sugar by lightly moistening the rim and dipping it into the sugar.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Add SinnaGin, sweet vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters to the mixing glass.
  4. Stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture and combine the flavours.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a twist of orange peel by expressing the oils over the drink to release their fragrance.
  7. Place the twist on the rim of the glass for an elegant presentation.
  8. Sip and savour the enticing spice of this SinnaGin Martini.

SinnaGIN Fizz

  • 60 ml King Island Distillery SinnaGIN
  • 30 ml apple juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Club soda, to top
  • Apple slices, for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add SinnaGin, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the flavours.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Top it off with a splash of club soda.
  6. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of elegance.
  7. Give it a gentle stir, and enjoy the delightful fizz of this tantalising cocktail!

SinnaGIN Sunrise

  • 60 ml King Island Distillery SinnaGIN
  • 90 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml grenadine syrup
  • Orange slice, for garnish


  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add SinnaGIN and orange juice to the glass.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine syrup into the glass to create a sunrise effect.
  4. Stir gently to mix the flavours.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and cheers!
